Product Introduction

Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil (PPGI) is manufactured by coating hot-dip galvanized steel with multiple layers of high-quality primer and topcoat through a continuous coil coating process. It is available in thicknesses from 0.12 mm to 2.0 mm, widths from 600 mm to 1,500 mm, and coil weights of 3–8 metric tons. Zinc coating options range from Z30 to Z275 g/m², while coating systems include PE, SMP, HDP, and PVDF to meet different environmental and performance requirements. Standard paint thickness is 15–25 μm on the top side and 5–10 μm on the reverse side, with customized specifications available upon request.

PPGI coils are supplied in a complete selection of RAL colors and surface finishes, including glossy, matte, wrinkle, embossed, wood grain, and marble patterns. They comply with international standards such as ASTM A755, ASTM A653, JIS G3312, EN 10169, EN 10346, and GB/T 12754. Every coil undergoes strict quality inspections for thickness, width, zinc coating, paint adhesion, gloss, flexibility, hardness, impact resistance, and corrosion resistance.
