Z-Shaped Steel Sheet Pile is a high-performance steel piling product featuring a Z-shaped cross-section, designed to provide excellent bending strength, high load-bearing capacity, and efficient material utilization. Manufactured through hot rolling or cold forming processes, it is made from high-quality structural steel with superior mechanical properties, including high yield strength, good toughness, and excellent weldability. The Z-shaped profile places the interlocks outside the neutral axis, increasing the moment of inertia and section modulus, which allows the sheet pile wall to withstand greater lateral loads while reducing material consumption. Available in various widths, heights, thicknesses, and lengths, Z-shaped sheet piles can be customized to meet different engineering and construction requirements.
