Manufactured through hot rolling or cold forming processes, it is made from high-quality structural steel with superior mechanical properties, including high yield strength, good toughness, and excellent weldability. The Z-shaped profile places the interlocks outside the neutral axis, increasing the moment of inertia and section modulus, which allows the sheet pile wall to withstand greater lateral loads while reducing material consumption. Available in various widths, heights, thicknesses, and lengths, Z-shaped sheet piles can be customized to meet different engineering and construction requirements.

Z-Shaped Steel Sheet Pile is widely applied in large-scale infrastructure and foundation projects, including port construction, quay walls, river protection, bridge abutments, flood control systems, underground excavation support, and marine engineering. Its strong interlocking system creates continuous retaining walls with excellent soil containment and water resistance.
